We don’t think so.
I.O.P. – A More Ideal Situation for Teens from Corral City, TX
These solutions were inadequate for us here at Waterford Academy, so we sought to find a better alternative by implementing an Intensive Outpatient Treatment Program for teenage boys and girls, or as we like to call it, a “Therapeutic Day School.” We found that when the teen stays with us during the day to receive their treatment and education, then going home at night is crucial in their rehabilitation. Maintaining a good family relationship is key in a long lasting recovery.

If they share these considerations with you or you suspect they are choosing methods that endanger themselves or others, it’s time to be proactive and address your concerns.
